1. How should I reach out to inquire about anything, including orders?
Preferred method of communication is by emailing yolamadeit@gmail.com or by DM on Instagram. Please allow 24 hrs for a response.
2. Do you ship internationally?
For now, we are servicing domestic (USA) and Canada territories. Please subscribe to our newsletter or IG page for any updates regarding this.
3. Do you take custom orders for your fantasy wire bras?
Yes -- custom orders are accepted but limited to the wire frame styles available on the form. There is a custom form for this option and a consultation fee is due at the time of the form submission to commence the process. The fee will go towards the cost of the custom order. Please reach out
4. Do you take custom orders for your spandex sets?
Yes -- custom orders are accepted but limited to the silhouette styles available on the form. There is a custom form for this option and a consultation fee is due at the time of the form submission to commence the process. The fee will go towards the cost of the custom order. 5. Do you take custom orders for your crochet apparel?
Yes -- custom orders for bucket hats and basic crochet bikinis are accepted. There is a custom form for these options and a consultation fee is due at the time of the form submission to commence the process. The fee will go towards the cost of the custom order. Please reach out
6. If I do not wish to proceed with the custom order, will the consultation fee be reimbursed?
No -- once the consultation fee is collected, it is non-refundable since it covers the time taken to present the potential customer with sketches and/or fabric options. Please only consider placing a custom order if you intend to see the consultation process through its completion.
7. How should I wash my purchased garments?
Please HANDWASH everything in order to preserve your garments for a long time. For fantasy wire bras, spot clean or soak in warm soapy water and rinse before letting it air dry.
8. What is your return policy?
Only pre-made garments are eligible for a STORE CREDIT refund. If the garment is pre-made, that will be shown in the listing itself. All other garments are not eligible for a refund since they are "made to order" and you are also paying for the time it took to make the item. If your fantasy wire bra arrives damaged, you have up to two days from its arrival to reach out via Instagram DM with photos and your order information for next steps.
9. I don't see my size on the Sizing Charts section but I'd like to place an order.
Please reach out to us with more details on your sizing and we'll see what we can accommodate. Since we are a baby business, please acknowledge that while we'd like to offer more sizing in the near future, this may take time to roll out on the website.
10. Can I order "bulge" or "pouch" (i.e. men's wear) friendly designs?
Yes -- If the listing indicates that the silhouette can be offered as men's wear, we can accommodate that change at no extra cost. In the Cart view, just make sure that you mention you would like this order to be adjusted for "men's wear" or "bulge/pouch" in the Add Order Note section.
