Return & Exchange Policy

Most Yola Made It pieces are handmade, made-to-order, intimate garments or couture performance wear. For hygiene reasons and due to the custom production process, all made-to-order, intimate, and custom-sized items are final sale.

This means that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Custom measurements
  • Made-to-order garments
  • Lingerie, intimate wear, g-strings, bodysuits, costume bottoms
  • Performance wear or specialty costumes
  • Any garment made specifically for you at the time of purchase

These items are produced one-at-a-time to your order and cannot be resold, so we appreciate your understanding that all such sales are final.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

Even though most orders are final sale, your satisfaction and product quality are important to us.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Damaged during shipping

please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

To report an issue:

Email us at yolamadeit@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of what happened

We will review the claim and offer one of the following depending on the situation:

  • A repair
  • A remake
  • A partial credit
  • A full store credit

Repairs or remakes are offered only for quality issues, not for fit preferences when accurate measurements or size selections were provided at checkout.

 

Pre-Made Items

If an item is labeled “Ready to Ship” on the product page, it may be eligible for a return or store credit within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because most orders begin production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at yolamadeit@gmail.com.

Custom orders or made-to-order garments cannot be cancelled once production begins.
